At CAMP CATORI we specialize in giving you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and believe that wellness combines mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being as well as fun. We provide an off-grid retreat experience for our guests, and a chance to reconnect with nature and find inner peace. Our 6-acre property offers stunning mountain views of the Spanish Peaks and Mt. Blanca and access to a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, paddleboarding, and hiking. We are conveniently located near the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls and aim to provide a secluded space to relax and rejuvenate. Here, guests can feel the sacred energy of the land, surrounded by the healing properties of sage and quartz. We invite you to come and explore our grounds, and reconnect with your higher self.

Our modern off-grid tiny home is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Privacy is yours among our secluded 6 acres. The Louie Lodge includes two generous-sized lofts, a kitchen, a bathroom with a stand-in shower, a composting toilet, and all the little creature comforts – including a wood-burning stove and fireplace in the main loft for the cooler months. Each loft is furnished with a queen-sized bed and comfortable bedding. The cozy living area boasts a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two additional smaller guests 5'10 or shorter at no extra cost. Enjoy grilling out and watching the weather come in on our generous 12x16-foot deck while taking in the gorgeous mountain views. This is a 100% off-grid unit so water is limited to 30 gallons per stay. Just close enough to get to the town of Fort Garland quickly for any forgotten essentials but big enough to wander freely the 6-acre site. The Louie Lodge retreat is perfect for couples, families, and friends who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with the natural world.
